Terms and Conditions 1. Purchaser will be responsible for supplying 2 x radio microphones, a CD player and PA system. 2. Purchaser will be required to complete a booking form. 3. The booking will be provisionally confirmed by 308 upon receipt of a non-refundable 50% deposit. 4. 308 will confirm the booking upon receipt of the final payment which must be made 7 days prior to the performance date. 5. In the unlikely event that 308 are unable to honour their commitment, all monies will be refunded to the purchaser. 6. The booking fee does not include travel expenses which will be confirmed upon receipt of the booking form and prior to payment of the deposit. 7. 308 have the right to refuse bookings.
